This sales guidance implies expectations of seasonal sales declines in Asia due to the Lunar New Year and modest sales declines in the western regions compared to typical seasonal sales growth. The above guidance also excludes restructuring, integration and other expenses, foreign currency gains and losses, and certain income tax adjustments. The above guidance assumes similar interest expense to the second quarter of fiscal 2025 and an adjusted effective tax rate of between 22% and 26%.”
