Average tenure of Boeing engineers drops over past decade, FT reports

The average tenure of a Boeing (BA) engineer has dropped over the past ten years from 16.4 years to 12.6 years as workers contrast the company’s turmoil with the allure of space companies’ exciting goals, the Financial Times’ Claire Bushey reports, citing data from the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace.
