Evercore ISI lowered the firm’s price target on AutoZone to $3,300 from $3,350 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. AutoZone’s fiscal Q4 results “show the company is investing for future growth while managing through a lackluster auto part demand environment,” the analyst tells investors in a post-earnings note. The firm’s FY25 EPS forecast is reduced by 4% to $156.60, but it argues that the company’s steady share gain, pricing power, and solid capital stewardship are “a winning recipe for S&P premium returns now trading at around a 15% discount to the market.”
