atai Life Sciences (ATAI) announced the commencement of a proposed registered underwritten offering of $55M of its common shares. All common shares to be sold in the offering will be sold by atai. atai intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including for working capital and to advance the clinical development of its product candidates and programs. Berenberg is acting as the sole bookrunner for the offering.
