Scotiabank raised the firm’s price target on AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) to $47.90 from $40.20 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm “couldn’t have asked for better news” over the past few weeks, with the company getting funding to launch the construction of 40 BB2 satellites, confirmation the first BB2 satellite will be sent to India in late March, and Vodafone (VOD) announcing it will go all-in with SpaceMobile under a joint venture, the analyst tells investors.
