Lake Street lowered the firm’s price target on Assertio Holdings to $3 from $4 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after the company reported Q4 revenues below the firm’s estimate and consensus and gave 2024 guidance that the firm says “resets expectations completely.” However, the firm believes the current valuation “has likely priced in the worst-case scenarios,” the analyst tells investors.
