Baird analyst Rob Oliver raised the firm’s price target on Aspen Technology (AZPN) to $275 from $250 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm noted the company recoieved a $240/share buyout andinitially felt $260/share would have been more reasonable and they believe the most likely outcomes will be either the offer is revised offer higher, or the deal gets called-off/postponed.
