Argus analyst Nicholas Eade keeps a Hold rating on Juniper but notes that the firm is looking for a “more favorable entry point” on the stock. The company is benefiting from work-at-home trends and the rollout of 5G networks, which have increased demand for its WAN infrastructure and associated products, as well as from the increased adoption of cloud-based service, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Orders have slowed recently, but Argus would consider an upgrade on signs of sustained revenue and earnings growth after the company’s order book normalizes, the firm added.
