UBS analyst Joshua Spector initiated coverage of Arcadium Lithium with a Neutral rating and $3 price target. Arcadium is the fifth largest lithium producer in the world, with an attractive asset base which sets up for a long tail of low cost capacity expansions, the analyst tells investors in a research note. However, lower lithium prices are likely to delay the company’s expansions into later in the decade, says the firm.
