Apple’s iPhone shipments to China fell in November, Reuters reports

Shipments to China of foreign-branded smartphones, including Apple’s (AAPL) iPhone, fell 47.4% in November compared to last year, Reuters reports, citing data released by a government-affiliated research firm. Calculations by the firm show foreign brand shipments decreased to 3.04M units from 5.769M last year. This decline follows October’s 44.25% year-over-year drop. Apple is facing a slowing economy and competition from domestic rivals, such as Huawei.
