Germany’s Federal Court of Justice has ruled against Apple’s (AAPL) appeal opposing a 2023 regulatory assessment that opens Apple up to stricter controls in the country, Reuters’ Ursula Knapp reports. Judges at Germany’s top civil court backed the country’s cartel office’s 2023 designation of Apple as a “company of paramount cross-market significance for competition.”
