Apple (AAPL) has hired Catherine Lees, a former Sky executive, to lead its international video team, replacing Chiara Cipriani, who has moved into a different role, Deadline’s Max Goldbart and Jesse Whittock report. Prior to Apple, Lees was Sky’s Managing Director of TV.
