A federal appeals court threw out lawsuits challenging the completion of the Mountain Valley Pipeline, Shayna Greene of Bloomberg reports. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit cited the Fiscal Responsibility Act, saying that its provisions stripped the court of jurisdiction to consider the environmental groups’ petitions or their arguments about the law’s constitutionality, according to Greene.
