The court rejected a bid by the real estate trade group to enforce a 2020 settlement it had reached with the Trump administration closing the case. Companies in the home realtor space include Redfin (RDFN), Zillow (Z, ZG), Opendoor Technologies (OPEN), Re/Max Holdings (RMAX), Compass (COMP) and CoStar Group (CSGP).
