BMO Capital raised the firm’s price target on American Electric to $114 from $109 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm cites the Public Service Company of Oklahoma and other key parties having filed a comprehensive settlement agreement with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, and if apprived, BMO would view this settlement agreement favorably as the company continues to work to improve its execution on the regulatory front, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
