UBS lowered the firm’s price target on American Axle (AXL) to $6 from $6.50 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. American Axle’s Q4 results were inline with pre-announcement while 2025 guidance was slightly above expectations, the analyst tells investors in a research note. There is still some uncertainty that could weigh on results, including tariffs, but UBS believe most of the focus shifts to the Dowlais deal.
