Bernstein lowered the firm’s price target on American Airlines (AAL) to $23 from $24 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Legacy U.S. Airline stocks led the market in 2024, the firm notes. With the industry dynamic evolving in a much more favorable way, Bernstein expects the market to start giving the industry credit for a much more investable industry dynamic in 2025.
