Roth MKM raised the firm’s price target on Ambarella (AMBA) to $85 from $80 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after its Q4 earnings beat. The company delivered above consensus results and guidance reflecting recovery from prior inventory adjustment conditions, and the firm is encouraged that Ambarella has traction across IoT and automotive for its edge AI processors while continuing to successfully convert its multi-billion dollar pipeline, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Roth adds however that it has modeled FY26 revenue growth to incorporate increased tariff-related auto demand uncertainty.
