Amazon has established a new group focused on agentic AI, which is designed to automate tasks for users so they do not have to prompt systems, Reuters’ Greg Bensinger reports, citing an internal email. The new team will be led by AWS executive Swami Sivasubramanian, the author says. “Agentic AI has the potential to be the next multi-billion business for AWS,” AWS CEO Matt Garman said in the email.
