The majority of the staff of the Senate Committee on Health recently published an investigation that found Amazon had documented the link between its quotes and elevated injury rates, Noam Scheiber of The New York Times reports. The internal company documents collected show Amazon health and safety personnel recommended relaxing enforcement of quotas to lower injury rates, but senior executives rejected the recommendations, worried about its possible effect on company performance.
