Alliance Global Partners upgraded One Stop Systems (OSS) to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $4.50, up from $3.25. The company reported a book to bill of 1.26-times, which marks the third consecutive quarter solid award trends, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes the bookings demonstrate One Stop is beginning to capitalize on the federal government’s C4ISR needs to process all the information from the numerous sensors in the battlefield that requires more compute power, storage and low latency. The results “demonstrate the beginning of a recovery,” contends Alliance Global.
