Alkami sees FY25 revenue $440.0M-$445.0M, consensus $415.86M

Sees FY25 adjusted EBITDA $47.0M-$51.0M. The completion of the MANTL acquisition remains subject to certain standard conditions, and is expected to close on or before March 31. As such, starting in the Q2 and included in Alkami’s (ALKT) full year guidance, Alkami expects MANTL to contribute revenue of approximately $30M and an Adjusted EBITDA loss of $5M to its FY25 financial performance. Alkami expects MANTL’s annual recurring revenue under contract at December 31 to be approximately $60M, which represents a year-over-year growth rate of over 30%.
