Aemetis registrations approved by the IRS for 45Z PTCs

Aemetis (AMTX) announced that its operating ethanol and renewable natural gas, RNG, facilities have received approval from the Internal Revenue Service for Excise Tax Registration for Section 45Z Production Tax Credits, PTCs, under the federal Inflation Reduction Act.
