Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on ADP (ADP) to $305 from $290 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares following a “broad-based” fiscal Q2 beat and FY25 outlook reiteration. The demand environment remains robust and the firm continues to believe ADP’s assumption for an acceleration in second half churn will “likely prove conservative,” the analyst tells investors.
