Accel Entertainment boosts repurchase program back to $200M

On November 22, 2021, Accel Entertainment (ACEL) previously announced a share repurchase program of up to $200M shares of its Class A-1 common stock. As of December 31, 2024, Accel had purchased a total of 13,855,897 shares under the share repurchase program at a total purchase price of $143.6M. On February 27, the board approved an amendment to the share repurchase program to replenish the dollar amount that may be repurchased under the program back to up to $200M of shares of Class A-1 common stock.
