AAON (AAON) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Matt Tobolski, PhD, as Chief Executive Officer effective as of the Company’s Annual Shareholders’ meeting on May 13, 2025. Dr. Tobolski will succeed Gary Fields, who will remain a member of the Board of Directors and serve as a special advisor to the Board to help ensure a smooth transition.
