On January 19, 2024, Ross Levinsohn resigned from his position on the Board of Directors of The Arena Group Holdings, Inc., citing disagreements with the Board’s recent decisions, including workforce reductions. The company, disputing his claims, attributed his comments to his earlier termination as an executive. On January 23, 2024, Jason Frankl was appointed as the interim President of the Company. Frankl, who joined the company earlier in the month and has a background with FTI Consulting, will not receive direct compensation from the company for his new role; instead, the company will continue to compensate FTI Consulting for his services.
