Revvity (RVTY) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Dr. Sylvie Grégoire has decided not to seek re-election to the Board of Directors of Revvity, Inc. at the upcoming annual shareholders meeting, with no disagreements cited regarding the company’s operations. Concurrently, Michael A. Klobuchar and Sophie V. Vandebroek have been elected to the Board with their term starting February 1, 2024, and they will receive prorated equity compensation and an annual cash retainer in line with the company’s compensation program for non-employee directors.
