Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) will incorporate open AI into all its products, according to CEO Satya Nadella. Nadella’s remarks were delivered today at the World Economic Forum at Davos.

Rumors have been swirling about Microsoft’s plans to embed OpenAI, in which it was an early investor. Now, CEO Nadella has firmly stated that Microsoft will be rapidly commercializing both OpenAI and Dall-E2, the AI image generator.
MSFT had already announced yesterday that it would utilize Azure, its cloud-computing platform, to grant AI access to a broader range of customers. Today, Mr. Nadella said the company aims to turn Azure into “the place for anybody and everybody who thinks about AI.” That’s inclusive of individuals and businesses.
Nadella continued to explain that every Microsoft product will include some AI capabilities. He sees tremendous economic opportunity in advancing AI tools.

Microsoft stock is a Strong Buy, according to analyst consensus. It has 20 Buy ratings and 3 Hold ratings. Analysts are predicting a rise in the stock, with a 12-month price prediction of $290.37, implying an upside of 21.4%.
