Ondas Holdings (ONDS) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Ondas Holdings Inc. announced that Yishay Curelaru has been re-appointed as the Chief Financial Officer effective immediately after temporarily stepping down due to being drafted into the Israeli army. During his absence, Eric Brock, the company’s Chairman, CEO, and President, served as Interim CFO. Following Mr. Curelaru’s return, Mr. Brock resigned from the interim role but continues as the company’s Chairman, CEO, and President. There are no reportable related party transactions involving Mr. Curelaru.
