Nutriband Inc (NTRB) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.
At the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting in Orlando, stockholders elected six directors, ratified Sadler, Gibb & Associates, LLC as the independent audit firm for 2023, and voted on executive compensation and the frequency of such votes. All nominated directors were successfully elected for one-year terms. The selection of the audit firm was approved, as well as the advisory approval on executive compensation. The “say on frequency” vote favored an annual advisory vote on executive compensation.
