Nukkleus Inc. expanded their Board of Directors from six to seven members and appointed Colonel Derek Campbell to the Board effective immediately, with his term lasting until the next annual shareholders meeting. Campbell, with a vast background in energy, natural resources, and defense, and current role as Group Managing Partner of LVC Global Holdings, brings extensive experience from both the business world and his military service. His compensation aligns with the standard arrangements for non-employee directors of the company. No external arrangements influenced his appointment.
