Meta Materials (MMAT) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Uzi Sasson was appointed President of the Company on January 25, 2024, while retaining his role as CEO. He was also appointed as the principal financial officer for SEC reporting on January 22, 2024, a position he will hold until his successor is appointed. Mr. Sasson’s compensation for these roles remains unchanged as detailed in a previous SEC report. He has no familial ties to company directors or executive officers, nor any disclosable related-person transactions. His appointment was not based on any pre-existing arrangements.
