Lantheus Announces CEO Retirement and Successor Appointment

Lantheus (LNTH) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

Lantheus Holdings, Inc. announced the retirement of CEO Mary Anne Heino effective March 1, 2024, although she will continue as Chair of the Board. Brian Markison has been appointed Executive Chairman and will succeed Heino as CEO from the same date. Julie McHugh is appointed as Lead Independent Director as of January 23, 2024. Markison’s employment agreement includes an annual salary of $950,000, eligibility for a 100% bonus, equity awards worth $8.5 million, and severance arrangements consistent with other executives.
