Global Systems Dynamics (GSD) has released an update to notify the public and investors about listing compliance status.
The Nasdaq Hearings Panel has decided to delist our securities from the Nasdaq Stock Market starting January 24, 2024, because we failed to comply with their terms, specifically not submitting required responses to the SEC by the extended deadline of January 19, 2024. We have the option to request a review of this decision by the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council within 15 days, and the Council may also independently decide to review the Panel’s decision within 45 days.
