Franklin BSP Leadership Overhaul Post-Merger Completion

Franklin BSP Lending Corporation (BDVC) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

Following the completion of the Initial Merger, all previously named officers and directors of the Company were replaced by the directors and officers of Merger Sub who assumed their roles immediately before the merger took effect.
