Eric Rowinsky, M.D. has announced that he will not seek re-election to the Board of Directors of Fortress Biotech, Inc. at the 2024 Annual Meeting, due to other professional commitments. His tenure on the Board will conclude on the date of the meeting, and his decision was not because of any disagreement with the company’s operations, policies, or practices. Post-departure, the company plans to retain Dr. Rowinsky as a consultant.
