ZYUS Life Sciences Corporation has announced an expected delay in submitting its annual financial statements and related documents for the year ended December 31, 2023, due to complexities in accounting matters and additional audit procedures. The Ontario Securities Commission may issue a cease trade order if the filings are not completed by the deadline, potentially halting all trading of the company’s securities. ZYUS is working closely with its auditor to resolve these issues and anticipates filing the required documents in the first week of May 2024.
