ZX Inc. announces a change of venue for their upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on June 21, 2024, now to be held at the Huijin Center in Guangzhou. Shareholders are informed that all other meeting details remain the same, and previously submitted proxy forms are still valid. Attendees are reminded to bring valid identity documents for access to the new location.
