ZTE Corporation has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 6.83 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with a shareholder approval date of June 28, 2024. The dividend will be paid in HKD at 7.485 per 10 shares, based on the exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0959, with payment scheduled for July 31, 2024. A withholding tax of 10-20% will be applied to non-resident shareholders depending on their residency status.
