Zoono Group Limited has announced a successful placement of shares to OSY Group Limited, raising A$366,506 in working capital to expand their fresh food shelf-life project and grow their business in key international markets. This strategic move strengthens the partnership between Zoono and OSY, which also involves OSY’s support as a sub-underwriter in the company’s successful recent rights issue. The placement leverages Zoono’s 10% placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1A to facilitate the further development of their innovative antimicrobial solutions.
