Zoono Group Limited has announced an extension of the closing date for its rights issue aimed at raising $2.9 million, allowing shareholders additional time to participate. The offer enables shareholders to purchase new shares at a rate of one for every two held at an issue price of $0.027 each, with the possibility to acquire extra shares if others do not fully subscribe. The new deadline for accepting this offer is now set for 3rd May 2024.
