Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by July 4, 2024, to be eligible, with the dividend set to be paid out on July 26, 2024. The announcement also updates shareholders on the applicable withholding tax rates, with non-resident enterprises facing a 10% rate and individuals and PRC securities investment funds seeing a 20% rate.
