Zoom2u Director Bolsters Stake in Company

Zoom2u Technologies Ltd. (AU:Z2U) has released an update.

Steve Orenstein, a director at Zoom2u Technologies Limited, has increased his stake in the company through an on-market trade, acquiring an additional 141,707 fully paid ordinary shares at a price of $0.077412 each. This latest transaction, dated May 1, 2024, brings Orenstein’s total holdings to 1,387,305 shares through SMO SMSF Pty Limited, alongside his existing interests in several other entities. This change in director’s interest has been officially disclosed to ASX, as required under the listing rules.
