Zoom Welcomes New Board Member and Apple VP Mike Fenger

Zoom Video Communications (ZM) has shared an announcement.

Zoom Video Communications has expanded its Board of Directors from nine to 10 members, welcoming Mike Fenger as a new Class III director with a term until the 2025 annual stockholders’ meeting. Fenger brings a wealth of experience from his current role as Vice President at Apple and past senior positions at General Electric and Motorola. His appointment also extends to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. His son, employed by the company since 2020, earns a salary in line with his qualifications and similar roles within the company. Mike Fenger’s board compensation aligns with the company’s policy for non-employee directors.
