An update from Zoom Video Communications ( (ZM) ) is now available.
Zoom Video Communications is set to welcome Michelle Chang as its new Chief Financial Officer starting October 7, 2024. With over two decades at Microsoft, Chang brings a wealth of experience, having served in various leadership roles including as CFO of Microsoft’s Commercial Sales and Partner Organization. Her compensation package at Zoom includes a $580,000 base salary, a target bonus of 90% of her salary, and $23.6 million in restricted stock units that vest over four years. Chang will also receive standard severance and change in control benefits, along with an indemnification agreement customary for company executives.
