Zoo Digital (GB:ZOO) has released an update.
ZOO Digital Group PLC, a prominent player in cloud-based localisation and media services for the entertainment sector, has issued 11,739 new Ordinary Shares following the exercise of sharesave options. These shares are set to begin trading on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market around June 14, 2024. Post-Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the company will reach 97,888,228, all of which are eligible for voting, as the company maintains no shares in treasury.
