ZOO Digital Group PLC, a prominent player in the global entertainment industry’s cloud-based localisation and media services, has announced the issuance of 19,565 new Ordinary Shares following the exercise of sharesave options. These shares are set to start trading on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market around May 7, 2024. Post-Admission, the total issued Ordinary Share count will be 97,876,489, which corresponds with the company’s total voting rights.
