Zonte Metals Inc. has successfully completed an expanded non-brokered private placement, generating $354,800 from the sale of common share and flow-through share units, accompanied by purchase warrants. The company plans to allocate the funds for working capital and to further exploration activities at its Cross Hills Copper Property. Additionally, finder’s fees were paid in line with regulatory policies, and certain insider transactions fell under exemptions from valuation and approval requirements.
