Zonte Metals Raises Funds for Copper Exploration

Zonte Metals (TSE:ZON) has released an update.

Zonte Metals Inc has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $354,800 through the issuance of over 4 million units, which includes common and flow-through shares with accompanying warrants. These funds are earmarked for working capital and exploration activities at the Cross Hills Copper Property. The company also paid finders’ fees in cash and warrants, while also making note of insider participation in the placement under applicable exemptions.
